Information we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever else you choose to fill in, such as a phone number, company or organization, the system or service you are interested in, and your message.

The system also records the language of the page you were viewing and your IP address. The IP address is used only to prevent spam.

How we use it

The information is used so that NextFlow can get back to you and talk with you about the system or service you are interested in. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Your consent

You must tick the consent box for processing personal information before sending the form, as required by Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Storage and security

The information is stored in NextFlow's own system and used only to handle your request. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

The website stores only your language choice (the NEXT_LOCALE cookie). Today the website uses no advertising cookies or visitor analytics tools.
